Don’t we all look forward to potatoes oven fried and warm? This recipe will add some zip to your normal side dish and cover a regular cookie sheet of potatoes, one layer deep. No salt needed…Yum!
- 1 Tablespoon Ristorante’ Roma Herbal Blend
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 3 to 4 large white potatoes unpeeled
- 2 to 3 sweet potatoes, peeled
Note: Use all white or all sweet potatoes instead of a mix if desired.
In a bowl combine the Roma and the Olive Oil, mixing well.
Chop the potatoes in sections for baking. Roll the potatoes through the oil and herb mixture, coating well.
Bake at 350°F for approx 30 minutes, till fork tender and lightly browned.
