A quick and easy recipe for delicious Quiche every time! No crust – save the carbs and the work!
- 4 cups chopped vegetables and cooked meat or seafood.
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups grated Swiss Cheese
- 2 tsp. grated Italian cheese (optional)
- 2 tbsp. Quick & Easy Quiche Herbal Blend
In a pan melt butter; add onion, veggies / meat or seafood. Saute lightly. In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add lemon juice and seasonings. Mix. Add sauted vegetables / meat or seafood and cheese. Mix well. Pour into a buttered, crumb coated, 9″ glass pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Yummie !
