Great with a beef or chicken dinner. While not overpowering, these creamy mashed potatoes will spice up every taste bud!
- 5 medium Yukon Gold (or yellow) potatoes (approx. 2 lbs.) quartered
- 6 tbsp. butter
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp. level Horseradish Garlic Herbal Blend
- ½ cup onion, small chop
Bring enough water to cover potatoes, with a bit extra, to a boil. Add potatoes and boil till almost tender. Last 3 minutes, add chopped onion.
Drain potatoes and onions and mash with butter.
Add sour cream and Horseradish Garlic Herbal blend.
Continue mashing and stirring till creamy.
