A great alternative to French fried potatoes! Easy to make and fun to serve with Spicy Dill & Sriracha Dip (recipe above).
- 1 lb. fresh carrots, cut French fry style (approx. ½” x ½” by 3”)
- 1 ½ tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. Sweet Baby Dill Herb Blend
Combine olive oil and herb blend in bowl. Mix well and add fresh cut carrots. Mix carrots into oil, being sure all are covered. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes. Flip each fry over and bake approximately another 10 minutes till somewhat crispy. Serve hot with dip.
